ABOUT CHEF ALEJANDRO

Born and raised in Colombia, South America, Chef Alejandro spent many times as a kid helping his British mother, Valerie, to chop, prep and create recipes.  Chef Alejandro has been in the kitchen since he could hold a knife and was taught by the best Chef, Valerie.

 Chef Alejandro has catered many BBQs for large crowds back in Colombia.  His special is the Tri-Tip Roast, an aged and slowly grilled over the coals to perfection and paired with his special CHIMICHURRI SAUCE.   He also lived in Ecuador for 7 years where he acquired more knowledge in other South American foods.

 Chef Alejandro graduated from the United Stated Personal Chef Institute (Now Culinary Business Academy) and is an active member of United States Personal Chef Association, www.uspca.com

 His passion is cooking and making people happy with the finished product.
